Mr. Xu, an expert in design of surge arresters and composite insulators, received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Shenyang University of Chemical Technology in China. He has been at Siemens Surge Arresters since 2007 and is currently responsible for development and management of surge arresters and composite insulators.
