Biography
Harmonization of IEC & IEEE Surge Arrester Test Standards: Current Status (in English)
Mr. Rau earned Master of Science and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Physics from Ohio State University. He joined Hubbell in 2016 with engineering responsibilities for surge arrester product lines for distribution, substation, and transmission applications. He is active in IEC and IEEE working groups for arrester test standards and currently serves as Secretary of IEC TC 37 and Technical Advisor to the US National Committee for IEC TC 37.
