Eng. Moreno is an Electrical Engineer from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (Peru), with a Master’s degree in Maintenance Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, and a PMI diploma. He has over 20 years of experience in the planning and execution of maintenance for 220/500 kV transmission systems. As General Manager of ISA-PDI (2013–2020), he led the construction of more than 40 projects at 220 kV and 500 kV within the ISA-Peru Group. He is a pioneer in Peru in the application of silicone coatings on substations and transmission lines located in heavily polluted areas. He is currently Engineering Coordinator at ISA-Energía (Peru) and a professor at the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería
