Role & Impact of Frequency Dependence on Surge Arrester TOV Duty (in English)

Mr. Pavan Dhulipala is an Energy Advisor in the Power & Energy team at WSP in the Netherlands, where he works on high-voltage cable and substation design, grid studies, and advising project stakeholders on system-level design decisions. His main areas of interest are insulation coordination, cables, grid studies, and surge arrester modelling. He is a member of CIGRE Working Group C4/A3.79 on temporary overvoltage technologies for transmission systems with large-scale renewable integration. He holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology from TU Delft.
