Mr. Berger has a technical education in Mechanical Engineering and Automation and began his career at MAPLAN as Service Engineer. He progressed to Project Engineering while completing his Industrial Engineering Degree in 2015. Later, he moved to international sales and then became Head of Sales. Since 2025 he has served as Chief Sales Officer, where he has led customer-focused optimization projects for injection molding machines, molds, and processes that combine technical expertise and engineering insight to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing.
