Testing Composite Insulators: Issues that Remain to Be Resolved (in English)

Mr. Lachman holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, which he obtained from the Czech Technical University in Prague and has worked in high voltage testing and laboratory management since 1996. After gaining experience as a design and technical engineer in Ireland, his current areas of expertise include testing high voltage equipment, development of measurement systems, metrology, quality management and international standards. He has served as member of several IEC and industry Working Groups, to which he has actively contributed, and presented technical papers at CIGRE, IEEE and past INMR Congresses.
