Dr. Andrew Phillips is the Vice President of Transmission and Distribution Infrastructure at EPRI, where he leads Overhead, Underground, Substation, Asset Analytics and Management, Information, Communication, and Cyber Security. Andrew has been conducting research on insulators and other T&D assets for over 30 years, with a focus on advanced monitoring.
