Mr. Grund holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule Esslingen and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. He spent over a decade at Pfisterer, a leading international manufacturer of HV cable accessories, advancing from Senior Product Manager to Head of Technology Cable Accessories, then Senior Portfolio Manager for the Cable Systems business unit, and ultimately Head of Corporate Technology for the Pfisterer Group. He subsequently held international technology and product management leadership roles at ITT Inc., including Director Product Management EMEA and Executive Director Technology EMEA. In 2025, he founded Grund Tech GmbH, through which he now works as an independent consultant to utilities and manufacturers on HV accessory technology, installation practice, and technology strategy.
