Mr. Marins is a Senior Transmission Line Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of Overhead Transmission Lines (OHL) up to 500 kV, spanning the full project lifecycle — from route selection and insulation coordination to lightning protection studies and field commissioning — across Brazil, Angola, and Mozambique. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará, leads the Transmission Line Division at APROT ENGENHARIA, and is a contributor to CIGRÉ Working Group B2.59.
