Testing After Installation of High Voltage Cable Systems: Experience in Spain with National & International Standards (in Spanish)

Mr. Ramos is an Electrical Engineer and Industrial Organization Engineer who has headed the on-site high-voltage testing and calibration division of the Official Central Electrotechnical Laboratory (LCOE) since 2012. He has over 20 years of experience in the testing, diagnostics, and commissioning of high-voltage cable systems up to 400 kV. He has participated in numerous assessment projects for electrical power transmission and distribution facilities, helping to ensure their reliability and safety. His professional work involves the application of international standards IEC 62067 and IEC 60840, as well as the UNE 211006 standard and other technical specifications within the Spanish electricity sector.
